Fulda University of Applied Sciences covers a broad spectrum of academic and professional education. The Departments of Applied Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Business, Food Technology, Nursing and Health Sciences, Nutrition, Food and Consumer Sciences, Social and Cultural Sciences and Social Work teach numerous first-degree programmes, graduate programmes and other educational offerings. All study programmes lead to an international bachelor’s or master’s degree, and all are based on the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). 16 % of the students come from abroad. The number of international students has grown rapidly, especially in international degree programmes such as “Intercultural Communication and European Studies”, “International Management”, “eBusiness”, or “International Food Business and Consumer Studies”. The University has a pleasant campus, with attractive buildings grouped around a central plaza. Everything is just minutes away from everything else. The city centre is in walking distance, about 20 minutes away.
