  • Contribute to the preparation of competitive research proposals and grant applications.
  • Support the continuous development of laboratory capabilities and research infrastructure.

We Are Looking For

You should have:

  • A PhD in Electrochemistry, Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • Excellent theoretical and practical knowledge of electrochemical methods.
  • Proven experience in independent experimental research.
  • A strong scientific publication record.
  • Experience writing scientific articles and technical reports.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to coordinate laboratory work.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring students.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Experience with Raman Spectroscopy and other physical characterization methods will be considered an advantage.

We Offer

  • A postdoctoral position at one of the leading research institutes in the Baltic region.
  • The opportunity to conduct internationally visible, high-impact research.
  • Access to state-of-the-art electrochemical laboratories and scientific infrastructure.
  • Collaboration with leading European universities, research institutes, and industrial partners.
  • Participation in Horizon Europe and other international research projects.
