Since its foundation in the year 1978, the University of Applied Sciences Landshut has stood for excellence in the field of teaching and research. In addition to renowned lecturers, we offer excellently equipped premises. Irrespective of whether it’s our nationally unique library with its 24-hour borrowing service, our excellently equipped technology laboratories or our university’s own Language Centre, our students can focus on their studies in an ideal environment.

With 4,000 students, approximately 100 lecturers and a central campus our university has a manageable size - definitely a clear advantage. The University of Applied Sciences Landshut with its friendly premises full of light is a university of short distances. Its manageable layout permits intensive and personal assistance to our students. Our five faculties offer 28 programmes of full and part-time courses.

The university’s practice-oriented teaching is directly focussed on the needs of the world of business and general society. Intensive co-operations with enterprises and social institutions within the framework of knowledge and technology transfer provide mutual impulses.

We set great value upon internationalisation.
